Centers For Disease Control: Imbuing Health And Wellness With Kid Cool
Problem: For kids and tweens, there had never been a good place to turn for reliable, accurate information on a range of personal health-related issues. They felt that many of the questions they have are too sensitive to ask a parent or doctor, but the information they can get from friends and the media is notoriously unreliable. The CDC was eager to provide kids with a positive alternative.
Solution: The
new "BAM" website (BAM standing for "Body And Mind") and
in-school education program… a cool new place kids
can turn for "answers to all your questions, no questions
asked."
Results:
National awareness and usage by kids and tweens through a fully-integrated in-school marketing program and constantly updated Web content. |
